"Where do we start! We found Andrew online and he was also suggested by our amazing photographer. After a scroll through his Instagram and website we knew he would be a perfect match to officiate our ceremony… There are not enough words to describe what a beautiful person Andy is; super friendly, his beautiful smile and how genuine he really is. Throughout the whole process he was so helpful, guiding us in applying for our marriage license, gave us some great advice for writing our own vows, and in the weeks leading up to our wedding day he wrote a ceremony (which we decided not to read as we knew it would be perfect!!!)

On the day of our wedding we meet at the heliport and had the most spectacular ceremony among the mountains on the beach of Lochnagar. We were eaten by sandflies, but Andy stood there with us with such positivity and blew us away with his ceremony. Scott & I shared some happy tears, and both could not believe how, having only known us for a short time, he had captured us with his magic and created such personalised service!

Thank you also for helping me carry my flowers and shoes as I jumped in and out of the Heli, you are one of a kind! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us and for making our ceremony one to remember for a lifetime."

Andy was the celebrant for our micro-wedding in Queenstown. We first met on Zoom and he put us at ease immediately. He is so friendly, organised, professional and made the process feel effortless.

We were incredibly impressed with how Andy put together a personalised ceremony that truly captured the essence of who we are as a couple and on the day, Andy arrived promptly and even lent a hand as we organised final details at the ceremony location. During the ceremony he made us both feel very comfortable and our guests remarked on how beautiful the ceremony was.

Overall, we can't quite believe the day was all we'd hoped for... and more. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Andy and have him as part of our day.

Andy was kind and it seemed like he put a lot of thought into his work. Not to mention that he let my wife borrow his coat when she got cold and that he lied down on the ground to hide in the high grass in order to help us get those perfect wedding pictures! He clearly cares about weddings and went out of his way to give us a great experience.

The fact that we're an LGBT couple made absolutely no difference, which shouldn't be a big deal and might be a given in New Zealand, but coming from a country with less equality, it's something we really appreciated.

“For us, the whole day was about being genuine and authentic. Sounds simple but it's actually bloody hard to stay true to. Andy totally hit the mark! Warm, kind, funny and sincere, his guidance leading up to the day and his calmness and reassurance on the day made him the perfect celebrant for us. The weather was wet and wild, the plan had to change (3 times) but everything felt like it was going to be okay when we saw Andy's calm, smiling face.

​We met Andy a couple of times leading up the wedding and he felt like an instant friend. Nothing was too much for him and despite our best efforts to be super organised, we ended up writing our vows the night before the wedding.....thanks to Andy! He turned our random thoughts into poetry. For that, we are forever grateful.

Andy is so easy going, relaxed and nothing was too much on the day! He did a great job throwing confetti and then picking it all back up again (even though he was down wind!) and our wedding cake made it through about four helicopter stops prior to us eating it because Andy had it safe on his lap and cared more about our wedding cake than we did!
